Week 4

This week i Have been doing skills for life and Enrichment where we did all about Gem Stones and what they can do for your body and health. On Thursday i did my Work placement at the Hair and Beauty Salon, In the Afternoon i did young Enterprise where we decided the business. On Thursday evening i Played Boccia Which is like Bowls But with Soft Balls and Jack. On Friday Morning i was doing Media and i carried on with ny Biography and second lesson carried on with my beauty Advert. On friday Afternoon i didnt feel too well so i stayed ion the house. On Saturday Afternoon i went Christmas Shopping i Bought lots of gifts for my family and friends. On Sunday I stayed in the house and played board games and watched a DVD . On Monday Morning i did Household where i had some new tasks. On Monday afternoon i did a workshop on Storing and reheating food and did our shopping lists for next 2 weeks.

Week 3

On Wednesday Morning I had Skills for Life, where we talked about our leisure time and what we do in our leisure time and then we made a poster about our leisure interests and we carried on with our Greek project.
On Thursday I went to my Work Placement at the hair and beauty Salon, On Thursday Afternoon I was in Young Enterprise, which we have decided to make Christmas Mugs with hot chocolate, Coffee, Cappuccino and also decided to do products in a box which is things like Sweets and Chocolates.
On Friday I was Doing Media Where I carried on with my Biography about Caroline Aherne and second lesson I listened to my Recordings for my beauty advert and interviewed another student about what it felt like when I did a manicure and Hand Massage on that student.
On Saturday I went to look round Town and did a bit of Shopping.
On Saturday Evening I watched The X factor with the people I live with.
On Sunday I went Shopping for my Living Skills Plus Ingredients and to start my Christmas Shopping.
On Monday I did Household in the morning where I tidied the Lounge and my Bedroom, in the Afternoon I did food Skills and I cooked Macaroni Cheese on the Hob.

Week 2

I have had a week off college, when i got back to College on the Monday was a travel day where we just travel from home to college. On the wednesday i had skills for life all morning and enrichment in the afternoon. On Wednesday we had a Halloween Disco where we all dressed up in costumes. On Thursday Morning i went to my work placement where i Do hand massages and manicures at a hair and beauty Salon. On friday i Did Media in the morning where i do a biography about Caroline Aherne and in the second lesson i am creating my own beauty advert. On Friday afternoon i did Sport and fitness where i did some walking to build up my confidence on my Walking sticks and my Stamina. On Saturday afternoon i went to Starbeck to do some shopping and on saturday Night i went to a firework display with some friends. On Sunday afternoon i went Shopping for my Living skills plus lesson and relaxed on sunday evening with friends. On Monday i had a group tutorial where we talked about differnt festivals and cultures. We also did household in the morning. In the afternoon i did food skills plus where i do different skills to do with preparing and cooking food. Today i did Art and Craft in the morning and IT in the afternoon. My Favourite part of the week this week was going to the hair and Beauty Salon doing Manicures and Hand Massages.
